There is so much about a launch that PULLS out of you what you were not aware was within you. That’s the beauty of expansion, stretching and leaning forward. It taps into under-utilised potential. The launch requires pieces of your heart, your capacity, your genius that you did not réalisé was lying dormant within you.
This weekend we were away in the UK and so our whole team stepped up to the plate at a whole new level. That’s what excites me the most about this journey. We are believing for another 40 people at least to join our launch team. I don’t want 40 people because I ‘need’ them to ‘help’ …. do task and jobs and get it done.
No, our greatest passion is to watch people activated and stretched beyond their wildest imaginations into opportunities and areas of team where the beauty is pulled out of them. My life is the direct result of a deep belief my pastor had in me and my God-given potential.
So early on in this launch season who are you believing in? Have you told anyone what you see in them? This week I will head back home from our trip away and intentionally speak into the potential of some people I have seen hiding in the shadows who need to come into the light of key team.
I have written their names down, begun to pray about who they can become (not just what they can do) and will look through their spiritual gift assessment and align as much as I can to their dreams and desires.
Luke 5:4 Now when he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a catch.
5 Simon said, “Master, we’ve been fishing hard all night and haven’t caught even one fish. But if you say so, I’ll let out the nets.” It was no sooner said than done—a huge haul of fish, straining the nets past capacity. They waved to their partners in the other boat to come help them. They filled both boats, nearly swamping them with the catch.
‘They waved to their partners’…
I am convinced that part of my ‘launch’ and stretch in my own life is who I will bring on the journey with me … arms wide open, leaning forward and gathering a whole tribe along the way!
